Simply fill out this request form and tell Google about your specific business and advertising goals. Google team will review your website, campaign structure, ad text, and keywords -- then, within 10 day or less, they'll send you customized recommendations to help you reach your goals. You'll have complete control over which of these recommendations you choose to implement

2.A change to text ads on the content network

Google announce a change that wthey've made to the incidence of clicks on text ads on the Google content network. Previously, users could click anywhere on text ads running on the content network, including the ad's background and any part of the ad text, for their click to be registered. Now only clicks on the title or URL of text ads will be counted.
